Abstract

Xavier Vigna, a specialist in the history of work and workers in the 20th century, answers questions put by the issue's coordinators. He sheds light on the current issues surrounding work outside the concentrated factory. He also offers some thoughts on the oral history of work and recent historiography on the subject.
