Gea Ducci, University of Urbino Carlo Bo

Gea Ducci is Associate Professor of Sociology of cultural and communicative processes and she is president of the master degree in Communication and Advertising for Organizations, Dept. Communication Sciences, University of Urbino Carlo Bo. Her research focuses on public sector communication and health communication, with attention to the relationship between institutions, professionals and citizens in the digital environments. She is board member of Italian Sociological Association.

Alessandro Lovari, University of Cagliari

Alessandro Lovari, is Associate Professor of Sociology of Communication at the University of Cagliari. His research focuses on public sector communication, public relations, and health communication, investigating Internet and social media impact on organizational practices and citizens’ behaviours. He is vice-chair of the ECREA organizational and strategic communication section and member of the Phd program in Research and Social Innovation.
