Pour une prise en compte de la vulnérabilité organisationnelle dans la transition écologique
Keywords:

Beyond raising awareness among individuals in their private lives, the ecological transition is a challenge asking for a change in professional practices. These practices are directly linked to the organizational contexts in which they take place. Taking environmental issues into account is therefore an emerging change as there are still few well-identified practices or processes already in place. However, the work of reflection, creation and implementation to be done involves confronting numerous uncertainties, sources of vulnerabilities at work. We defend the point of view that communication sets the conditions for the transformation of practices through transversal exchanges and thus constitutes a response to vulnerable contexts. These elements are essential to achieve structural infrastructure and governance changes, capable of revising our way of living as required by the ecological transition.
