In the field of organisational communication research, numerous studies have highlighted the difficulties encountered by professionals in integrating digital practices into their work. Following on from these studies conducted over the last twenty years, this article proposes to understand these vulnerabilities as processes of digital casualisation. Using a field study focusing on community management, our aim is to focus on the link between their digital practices and the weakening of their activity and their professional prospects.
