Based on a Bourdieusian vision of symbolic violence applied to the workplace, this article presents a first empirical return of a hundred semi-directive interviews, relating to the dysfunctions experienced by employees in work situation where information and communication technologies play a central role in their daily missions. The innovative concept in information and communication sciences called technosocial risks (TSR) will be used to light the dynamics specific to the deployment of a management acquired to the technical cause, where it seems possible to identify a digital violence inside organization patterns, just as much hidden from the eyes of those who bring it to life as of those who suffer from it.
