The military campaigns of Amenhotep II in the Near East are known thanks to four stelae discovered at Amada, Elephantine, Memphis and Karnak. The recent restoration of the latter allows a re-examination of the text it offers. The aim of this paper is to establish the number and date of the campaigns actually carried out in Asia by Amenhotep II.
